Founder

Michael is the founder of Twelftree Consulting, bringing over a decade of experience in driving sales growth and market expansion, particularly in the SaaS industry. With a proven track record of generating over £100m in net new revenue, he is passionate about helping companies, unlock their potential through data-driven sales and marketing strategies. 

Michael’s expertise spans global markets, including EMEA, NAMER, and APAC, where he works closely with clients to deliver customised outreach solutions that foster sustainable growth.

Outside of work, Michael is a dedicated husband and proud father of two children, Lyila and Theo. He has a love for all things Disney, enjoys regular trips to the cinema and focuses on staying generally healthy. His family and personal interests keep him grounded and motivated, bringing balance to his busy professional life.

  Chief Administrative Officer

Kristie is the co-founder who has extensive experience in administrative roles, with a strong focus on ensuring compliance and navigating regulatory frameworks. 

Her expertise in maintaining operational efficiency and her meticulous attention to detail have made her a key asset in various industries. Kristie’s commitment to excellence helps businesses stay compliant while streamlining their internal processes.

Outside of work, Kristie enjoys a balanced lifestyle. She’s an avid fan of reality TV, loves dog walking, and frequents the gym—although she’ll admit she enjoys the sauna most of all! With a busy professional life, she finds time to relax and stay active, enjoying the simpler pleasures alongside her family.

Advisory Role / Operations Director

David Livingstone brings a wealth of global experience to Twelftree Consulting, with over 30 years in senior leadership roles across the corporate marketplace. 

His extensive background in leading high-performing teams and driving strategic growth makes him a valuable asset to our advisory board. 

David’s unique perspective enhances our approach to growth and client retention, providing critical insights that help Twelftree Consulting remain at the forefront of innovation and service excellence.

Outside of the boardroom, David is an avid road biker and runner. A testament to his dedication, he previously completed the London Marathon in under 4 hours—a true reflection of his perseverance and discipline.

Chief Twelftree Mascots

At Twelftree Consulting, we have two very special mascots who bring energy, creativity, and joy to everything we do—our children, Lyila-Rose and Theodore!

Lyila-Rose is a whirlwind of curiosity and creativity. She loves dance, gymnastics, and drawing, and you can often find her watching YouTube to fuel her thirst for learning. Always eager to explore new ideas, Lyila-Rose is our little adventurer with a bright imagination.

Then there’s Theodore, our dynamic bundle of energy. He loves football, play fighting, and keeping things lively (and sometimes chaotic!). Whether he’s mastering the latest moves on PlayStation or being inspired by his favourite show, Ninja Kids, Theodore is always on the go, bringing excitement to every day.

Together, Lyila-Rose and Theodore remind us to stay curious, creative, and adventurous—values we hold close at Twelftree Consulting!
